Paralegal Services

Whereas the organization has not received much funding to conduct its day to day activities, Latin Women In Action, Inc. developed a sliding fee scale in order to fulfill the financial obligations and continue to survive. Latin Women in Action provides limited paralegal services to the general community. The paralegal services offered are:

• Completion of immigration forms
• Completion of uncontested divorce forms
• Development of Affidavits
• Completion of Business Certificates
• Translations
• Completion Non-profit tax exempt forms.
